Chapter 5. Printer Operation

5-1. Printer Self-test

1. Make sure the paper roll is installed correctly.

2. While holding down the FEED button, turn on the printer to begin self-test.

3. The self-test will print out the current ROM version and DIP switch settings.

4. When self-test is complete, release the FEED button.

5. Press the FEED button one more time to print the current font setup.

6. The printer is now ready to receive data.
